By booking a Bowen Therapy session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of online booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your session by cash, card, or online transfer.
Deposits are transferable only in line with the cancellation policy.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without loss of deposit.
Cancellations or changes within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
3. Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in a shortened session.
The full session fee remains payable.
4. Bowen Therapy Disclaimer
Bowen Therapy is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
Clients should seek medical advice from their GP or healthcare provider where appropriate.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients must disclose all relevant medical information, injuries, medications, and changes in health before each session.
Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment suitability.
6. Children & Young People
Bowen Therapy is suitable for children.
Written parental or guardian consent is required prior to treatment.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and be present throughout the whole treatment.
7. Packages & Block Bookings
Package sessions are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable.
Packages must be used within the stated timeframe.
Unused sessions cannot be transferred or refunded.
8. Right to Refuse or Stop Treatment
The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal information is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
